In its eighth year, the motto is:
Let's build a city with human rights
Participate in the Fair is made possible through the presentation of work in booths, workshops, plays or any leisure-pedagogical activity that brings the community to know their rights.
The Fair will be held this year with a day of many activities from Monday 7 to Friday 11 December. Monday to Thursday we will have workshops, forums, photo and art exhibits as well as a projection of a selection of films related to human rights. On Friday 11 we will have setting up tents at the headquarters of the CDHDF in which exposure is made of educational and editorial on human rights, presentation of papers, workshops, and theatrical and musical performances.
We call on civil society organizations, public institutions, autonomous public organizations, academic institutions and international organizations to participate in this space built to celebrate human rights day and to commemorate another anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights with a vision purposes, activities and generating hope in the certainty that human rights are the way to get a stronger city, a country and a more decent and just.
We extend a warm invitation to join this celebration and continue building a city based on human rights.
Aim
Contribute to the creation of a recreational-educational for the promotion of human rights in Mexico City, through the participation of civil society organizations, academic institutions, public and private institutions, international organizations committed to dissemination and protection of human rights.
Registration
Be open to all civil society organizations, public, private and international agencies working in the defense and / or promotion of human rights in our city.
Send an email to secretariatecnica@ms.cdhdf.org.mx with the following information:
Name of the organization, body or agency
Short explanatory memorandum
Name or responsible for the activity and contact information (phone and email)
Activity to develop at the Fair and brief description of the same
The work of the participants must have a human rights approach and this criteria will be assessed under the proposed activities to be developed. Since the quota stands is limited, we will select activities based on this criterion and order of arrival of registration.
And the names of those selected to participate in the VIII Fair will be announced through an email communication as well as on the website of the Commission (www.cdhdf.org.mx).
The deadline for registration is November 16.
